Job Description
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Hygiene Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Lake Orion dental office! If you love helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and staying on top of details, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do Greet every patient the moment they walk in Keep the waiting room clean and inviting Manage patient flow and never leave the front desk unattended Check emails/voicemails daily & follow up as needed Confirm appointments and update patient financials/medical histories Upload and verify insurance breakdowns Print huddle schedules with production numbers Check patients in/out & schedule recall appointments Call patients who are running late Collect copays/balances Work on recall during downtime Answer all calls Handle patient questions confidently before escalating Who You Are Friendly, professional, and great with people Detail‑oriented and able to multitask Comfortable in a fast‑paced front office environment Dental/medical office experience is a plus but not required Join a team that values positivity, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.
