Job Description
Join our team of friendly professionals! We are looking for a master in managing details with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to professionally and politely communicate with patients and guests in person, in writing, and on the phone. Our schedulers coordinate all front-desk activities (examples include: scheduling, answering phone calls, scanning, and collecting patient payments). This position may include occasional coverage at our Gaylord office. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus. A successful candidate will be a professional, positive presence, detailed, accurate, and efficient while handling multiple things at once. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office Accurately schedule all follow up visits Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure waiting area and front desk are meticulously sanitized Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/writing Skills Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Hands-on experience with office equipment Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Healthcare experience preferred Associates degree, minimum, preferred
