The ideal candidate will have excellent client service skills, a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional service to clients, answering and directing phone calls, accurately processing financial transactions, and completing end-of-day reports. Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred; however, candidates with a strong background in professional customer service are encouraged to apply. We welcome motivated applicants who are eager to learn and contribute to a supportive team. Qualifications At least 1 years of customer service experience preferred Veterinary experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong telephone and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling financial transactions and daily reports Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
