  • Support Staff (Full-Time) River's Bend is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, motivated, and organized Support Staff professional to join our growing team!

As a member of our Support Staff Department , you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day administrative and operational success of the practice while working closely with our Practice Manager, Support Staff Lead, and clinical team. What You'll Do Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming phone calls and voicemails, handling inquiries or directing them appropriately Complete intake processes for new referrals Schedule, manage, and confirm client appointments (including reminder calls) Provide insurance verification for clients Process drug screens and manage medication refills Handle incoming and outgoing documentation Verify insurance benefits and manage pre-authorizations Provide exceptional client support, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback Offer administrative support to clinical staff Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations Identify challenges and help implement solutions Perform additional duties as needed to support the practice What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma Previous administrative experience preferred Key Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Professional, clear verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Comfort with technology, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office Excellent customer service mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Our Ideal Candidate Is Organized and dependable Proactive and able to take initiative Calm under pressure and adaptable Team-oriented with a positive attitude Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) benefits Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holiday & Bereavement) Flexible scheduling 1-Hour Paid Lunch Break Volunteer opportunities Competitive weekend pay for on-call coverage
Schedule & Compensation Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9 AM
  • 8:30 PM (hours may vary by week)
Shifts:
8-hour shifts
Weekend On-Call:
Every 4-6 weeks
Pay:
$18
