GENERAL SUMMARY
Performs receptionist functions for assigned areas: Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls. Takes accurate messages and ensures timely delivery. Greets guests and provides appropriate assistance and information. Performs additional clerical duties as assigned.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
