Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk professional to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment that reflects our commitment to professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, providing exceptional customer support and assistance. Applying the therapies as prescribed by our doctors. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading. Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence. Support office management activities by overseeing office supplies inventory. Provide bilingual support as needed to accommodate diverse clientele and staff. Qualifications Bilingual
  • English/Spanish Mulitasker Can answer phone pleasantly Ability to read and write english Ability to text, type, comfortable with emails and ability to keep organized lists Detail orientated
