Job Overview Ebenezer is looking for a Receptionist to join our senior cooperative team at Calvary Center Cooperative in Golden Valley, MN! This position serves as main Receptionist for building and assists in providing clerical/administrative support to the building. This receptionist schedule includes; 40 hours every two weeks Part time; Day shift Monday

PM No Weekends Responsibilities:

Serves as main Receptionist for the building: Greets and provides courteous assistance to visitors, residents, and vendors. Answers the telephone, takes accurate messages and ensures delivery of message to appropriate person. Maintains workspace in a clean and orderly way to create the best "first impression" to customers Schedules reservations

•party room, guest room, etc., completes room set-up and process billing (if applicable). Responsible for opening and closing the Business Office by properly securing all files, keys and equipment in the office (if applicable to location). Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies. Responds to resident e-mails, voicemails, questions and concerns promptly.

Provides clerical support as requested:

May type memos, minutes of meetings, letters, etc. May copy, collate and file documents. Assists in organizing work orders by filling out, billing and filing work orders for maintenance. (If applicable, entering member's work orders in maintenance software program and management of associated reports). Assembles packets for monthly Board and Annual membership meetings, as requested (if applicable to location). Prepares Membership Certificate changes at direction of Property Manager (if applicable to location). Sorts mail. Prepares billing distribution and mailings (if applicable to location). Assists with Newsletter and menus (if applicable to location). Files all unit files, resident files and accounts payable and Board and Committee meeting minutes. Provides assistance with unit share sales process as requested: Work with waitlist and prospect list (if applicable to location). Conducts showings to Wait List when shares (units) are available (if applicable to location). Mailings, such as marketing materials. Coordinating events in common area spaces (if applicable to location). Performs other duties and assigned and directed: Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policy (if applicable to location). Hospitality set-ups and clean ups for meetings/events when requested (if applicable to location). Assists Property Manager with projects as requested.

Required Qualifications:

One to three years of previous experience Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phone, fax machines Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word applications Must enjoy working with the senior population Must be able to respond to emergency situations and manage private resident issues with dignity and respect

Preferred Qualifications:
