Support various areas of the company, including but not limited to, reception, group air, and various other administrative and support needs from leadership. Sustain high-quality work habits, and professional written and verbal communication skills that attract and retain customers ensuring concierge level service and representation of Carrousel Travel.Responsibilities & Duties:
- Primary Company Receptionist
- Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site visitors, clients, vendors, and delivery personnel.
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner and ensure they are directed appropriately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier services, and deliveries for both the company and our independent network.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Management and distribution of the company's info@ email box
- Management and distribution of the company's direct fax line.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, room reservations, catering, visitor access, and event materials as directed.
- Unused Ticket Management
- Itinerary production
- Seat Assignment Assistance - Group Air
- Scanning/Filing

Microsoft Office Outlook Email, Microsoft Office Outlook Calendars, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Efficiently maneuver on the computer, and within Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong client relationship skills.Physical Demands:
Sit or stand for up to 8 hours per day Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs occasionallyPay:
