Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a welcoming office environment, and support daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence. Maintain reception area and conference rooms in a clean and organized manner. Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document management. Support office staff with administrative tasks and special projects. Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Coordinate meeting room reservations and office events as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
