About Us:
•Well established Ophthalmology/Optometry practice seeking energetic, reliable, highly motivated, and detail-orientated individual for full-time Receptionist/ Technician position. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to work across all of our five locations, supporting both our front desk and clinic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally Check-in and check-out patients, schedule appointments, and confirm insurance details Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Perform basic technical and diagnostic support in clinical areas, including pre-testing (training provided if necessary) and special testing. Assist doctors and with patient care as needed Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service Triage patient concerns
Qualifications:
Reliability is our most important quality. We are looking for someone dependable and punctual Quick learner with the ability to pick up new tasks and skills easily Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience in a medical or customer service setting is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between locations Positive, team-oriented attitude Minimum of 1- year customer service experience Why Join Us?
