Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, forms, and other documents
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Experience:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Experience transcribing notes or dictations is a plus
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong administrative skills.
