Front Desk Receptionist Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
  • Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
