Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude and professional demeanor will help create a friendly environment for clients, visitors, and office personnel alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain office supplies inventory Support clerical tasks such as word processing, spreadsheets creation, and record keeping Assist with general office management duties including organizing files, managing incoming mail, and supporting team members with administrative needs Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Experience Office experience or front desk reception background in a fast-paced environment is a plus but not required Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and data entry procedures Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively
