Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems. Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently to optimize office operations. Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record-keeping. Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution. Support office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering. Coordinate with dental receptionists or other departments as needed to facilitate smooth operations. Skills Proficient in office management practices with strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not required. Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus, enhancing understanding of client needs in a healthcare setting. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
