Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and a passion for delivering veterinary care that meet those needs. Experience in Daysmart and Vetsource is a plus, but not required. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage customer accounts effectively. Collaborate with veterinary team to provide seamless support throughout the customer journey. Communicate veterinary products and benefits clearly to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of veterinary products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering long-term relationships. Participate in housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a clean environment Capable of lifting 40 lbs to assist client with transportation of patients from vehicle to examination rooms. Experience Proven experience in a customer service role. Familiarity with Daysmart platform is highly desirable. Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Chrome, Gmail Strong multitasking skills with the ability to assess and prioritize customer needs effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
