Job Description

Front Stage Administrator (Receptionist) The Front Stage Administrator serves as the primary receptionist and switchboard operator; greeting and assisting clients and visitors. This position provides administrative support to professional staff, serves as backup for other administrative team members and ensures the front office displays an organized and professional appearance at all times.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Enthusiastically greet and assist clients and visitors Ensure all incoming telephone calls are handled timely, effectively, and professionally with a smile and positive interaction Ensure clean and organized appearance of front lobby at all times Provide administrative support for professional firm members, including preparing and/or proofing correspondence and other documents for mailing or client delivery Assist and provide back-up for administrative team members, including preparing and/or proofing correspondence and other documents for mailing or delivery to clients; copying & scanning, as requested and/or assigned Accept and arrange for distribution of deliveries Ensure conference rooms are clean, neat and presentable daily before and after every scheduled meeting Assist with and maintain conference room scheduling Ensure adequate supply of marketing materials for front desk and conference rooms Perform "Day End" procedures, i.e. tv, lights, coffee pots, etc. Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience and Abilities:
High School Diploma 2+ years of related receptionist and administrative support experience Impeccable client service skills Strong computer skills Proficient use of MS Word and Excel required; PowerPoint and other related software preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task Ability to work independently and with a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective listening skills Ability to deal with people tactfully Competence with operation of office equipment Must be able to adhere to assigned work schedule
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
