Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, handling communication channels efficiently, and supporting office management tasks to keep our workplace running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer support standards Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages with professionalism and clarity Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, organizing files, and updating records Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring timely communication among team members Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data management Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing; bilingual abilities are a plus for client interaction Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls confidently Knowledge of office management practices including calendar management and document organization Prior clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a front desk or medical receptionist role Technical proficiency with office productivity tools such as spreadsheets, databases, and customer support software Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
