We are looking for a Catering Administrative Assistant who is excited to join a fast-paced and service-oriented business! As a Catering Administrative Assistant, you can count on ME to: Respond promptly and professionally to all emails and phone calls within 24 hours, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and Team Members Accurately take and update catering orders, meticulously tracking every detail to guarantee flawless execution Verify that all information in calendar invites, execution documents, and prep sheets is correct and up-to-date Manage client interactions with care and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Build and maintain strong client relationships, always striving to exceed their expectations Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient catering process Communicate effectively with Operations Teams to ensure caterings are executed with excellence Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience, contributing to the growth and success of our catering business Support the Catering Team with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done Double-check all box prep and food prep for the next day, ensuring every detail is perfect and meets our high standards Perfect box and food prep by making boxes, packing missing utensils and pre-packaged foods, and communicating with relevant Team Members about missing food items Uphold Brandwein's Core Values in every interaction and task, embodying our commitment to excellence and community Catering Administrative Assistant Compensation $18 - $21 per Hour (Base + Tips) Catering delivery driving reimbursement Discretionary bonuses Benefits Earned Paid Time Off Flexible scheduling Continued Career Growth Uniform Set Provided Free meals Employee discountsCatering Administrative Assistants Succeed Each Day By:
Being extremely detail-oriented, catching and correcting small errors to ensure everything is perfect Responding to emails and phone calls, taking and updating catering orders Communicating with the Catering, Prep, Bake and Line Teams about new and updated orders Ensuring all information in calendar invites, execution documents, and prep sheets are correct and align with the schedule Double-checking all box prep and food prep for the next day to ensure everything is perfect Managing client interactions and ensure smooth operations, providing context of each catering to the Kitchen Team and Catering Team Ensuring flawless communication about food, delivery, setup, and follow-up with each client Building and maintaining excellent client relationships Thoughtfully reaching out to current clients to ensure satisfaction and generating new business through the recommendation of appropriate offerings Competency List Detail Oriented Proactive Communicator Customer Focused Fast Paced Thoughtful follow-through Required Qualifications Legally eligible to work in the United States At least 1-Year of Administrative Experience At least 1-Year of Restaurant or Customer Service Experience Must have open availability including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings Valid Driver's License Vehicle with adequate space for deliveries of various sizes High school diploma or GED Physical Demands and Work Environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs Can stand for long periods of time during shift Note This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
