Job Description Associa Carolinas, an Associa company, is hiring a part time Front Desk Associate to work on Sat. and Sun., and occasional weekday as needed.
Shift hours:
8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm.
Daily responsibilities:
Work at the Front Desk. Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Research and respond to inquires in-person, by phone, and email. Manage email communications to homeowners, updating homeowners on HOA Rules and Regulations, community news and events, and maintenance projects. Assist homeowners in navigating online portals to pay monthly fees, sign up for events, and enter work order requests. Check-in guests as they enter the community. Provide information, forms, guidance, and directions. Set up file folders and file documents. Monitor pools to ensure HOA Rules and Regulations are followed. Other duties as requested. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Customer service oriented, collaborative team member, and excellent communications skills (written and spoken). Takes ownership and initiative withattention to details.
