Job Description

Job Overview Part-Time Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator (English/Spanish) Beyond Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice. This person will be one of the first faces our patients see, so we are looking for someone who is naturally welcoming, outgoing, professional, and comfortable interacting with people. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, learns quickly, and can confidently handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous front desk or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist patients as they enter the office
  • Answer phone calls and respond professionally to patient questions
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out
  • Collect payments and assist with basic front desk transactions
  • Communicate with English
  • and Spanish-speaking patients
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with patient follow-up and other day-to-day office needs
  • Work independently and take initiative when tasks need to be completed Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Friendly, bubbly, outgoing, and professional personality
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and procedures
  • Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling/office software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a patient-focused environment
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent Schedule & Compensation

  • Approximately 10-15 hours per week initially, with the possibility of additional hours as the practice grows
