Job Description

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, filing and data entry
- Assist when needed in greeting and checking-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule patient appointments and assist in managing the appointment calendar
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient care
- Assist with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Type:
