Every Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment while providing administrative support to the facility.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage visitor sign-in and screening procedures Sort and distribute mail and deliveries Maintain the front desk and lobby area Perform filing, copying, and other clerical duties as needed Assist residents and families with general questions Communicate effectively with all departments

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and stay organized Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus Why Join Us?
