This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate office. The ideal candidate will possess strong office skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various computer applications. Duties Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings using calendar management tools Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records of client information and transactions Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software for administrative functions Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and managing correspondence Qualifications Experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support Strong computer literacy Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency of our real estate office while delivering outstanding support to clients and team members alike. We value proactive individuals who are eager to contribute to our success through excellent administrative support. Employment is for Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. No benefits offered.
