Job Description

Overview Downtown law firm seeks professional full-time Receptionist.
Job Requirements:
Associates Degree or higher Ability to answer multiline phone, take detailed messages and forward messages and calls to the appropriate attorney Ability to maintain daily calendars for attorneys Ability to perform basic office duties and familiar with basic office technology Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong computer skills, and accurate typing ability Highly focused attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced, high pressure environment Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manor both verbally and in writing Well organized Good time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Positive, professional and friendly demeanor, attitude and appearance
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Prior law office experience is preferred, but not required. Notary public helpful, but no required. A cover letter and resume are required. Candidates who do not submit both will not be considered. References may be requested. Pay dependent on qualifications
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
