Job Description
Part-time Receptionist Position at Trinity Landing! Position Summary The Receptionist is responsible for providing general office support by performing a range of clerical tasks. This position offers variable hours based on coverage needs, including weekends. The compensation rate is $18 per hour, and no benefits are provided. Job Responsibilities Answer telephones courteously, manage voicemail, and forward calls as required. Greet visitors and provide them with appropriate directions within the facility. Respond to requests from both visitors and staff promptly and professionally. Sort and distribute mail and packages; ensure mail is forwarded to residents' responsible parties when necessary. Coordinate and complete the accounts receivable deposit processes. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Understanding of customer service principles and general administrative or clerical procedures. Skills & Abilities Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Work is performed in a standard office environment, with extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift files weighing a minimum of 10 pounds, open filing cabinets, and bend, stoop, reach overhead, or stand as necessary. Mobility throughout the facility is required. Apply Today!
