Receptionist Location:
Omaha, NE About the Position We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team supporting four podiatric medical offices in the Omaha area. This role involves rotating between our offices and providing excellent front-desk support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed. Schedule patient appointments accurately using our scheduling system. Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Assist doctors and medical staff with small tasks as needed throughout the day. Manage office supplies and ensure reception areas are clean and organized. Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and other staff members. Rotate between the four podiatric offices as scheduled to provide consistent support. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Qualifications Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred, especially in a medical setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with phone systems and scheduling software. Reliable transportation to rotate between multiple office locations. Professional and courteous demeanor.
