00/ hour (based on experience) Podiatry Practice Join Our Team! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing podiatry practice. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive healthcare team, we would love to hear from you! This position starts as part time with the opportunity to grow into a full time position that will include health benefits and 401K matching as the business grows and is performance based. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment patients call our office or walk through the door. We pride ourselves on creating an office environment that creates a space for each patient to feel heard, validated and cared for. We know the ideal candidate is personable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy medical office environment. What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience
  • Check patients in and out for appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments. Cash handling.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and general questions.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule and reschedule appointments.
  • Receive and process referrals and appointment requests.
  • Answer patient questions regarding appointments, insurance, payments, and general office procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Keep the front desk, lobby, employee common areas, and other shared spaces clean, and organized.
  • Work as part of a team to support the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.

Experience Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, customer service, or administrative position is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Weekends and major bank holidays off Part-time 25-28 hours to start Hours and pay may change based on business. Office hours are Mondays/Tuesdays 7am-4pm, Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays 8am-3pm
