As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive impression for visitors, clients, and staff alike. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help keep our office running efficiently while providing friendly assistance to all who walk through the door.
SHIFTS:
THURSDAYS 8
30-2, SUNDAYS 8-1 Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls effectively. Handle appointment scheduling Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing emails, organizing supplies, and maintaining a tidy reception area. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, assisting with basic inquiries, and supporting client needs. Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills. Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and basic computer literacy Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse interactions professionally and courteously. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
