Job Description
We are looking for an office receptionist to join our team. The duties include welcoming and checking in patients, updating patient demographics, answering calls and scheduling appointments in computer. .There are also some clerical duties that include filing, also getting patient charts ready for next day appointments. Approximately 17 hours per week. This includes three morning and two afternoon shifts per week. The morning shifts are generally 8-12 and the afternoon shift is 3-6, depending on patients. Flexibility is always a plus.
