Job Summary The Prestigious Trump National Golf Club is looking for dependable and highly motivated individuals to join our team. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Responsibilities Greet members, guests, and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously Manage reservations for both dining and member events Provide information about club amenities, services, and upcoming events Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred (hospitality or golf industry experience a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Positive attitude, polished appearance, and professional demeanor Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
