Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry, is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and relationships with clients and team members. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and inviting demeanor as they enter the Cupo Insurance Agency office. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials such as brochures and forms. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Manage correspondence, including email and postal mail, and relay information to the appropriate department or individual.
