We are a dynamic and growing orthodontic practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community. Our team is currently seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth, efficient experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Answer phone calls promptly, providing courteous and accurate information. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing the practice's schedule. Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy. Maintain patient records with up-to-date information. Perform insurance verification and effectively communicate with insurance companies to manage claims and pre-authorizations. Facilitate patient communication, providing reminders for upcoming appointments and follow-up on treatment plans. Assist in managing the practice's social media presence and patient communication platforms. Additional responsibilities as needed by the practice
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
