Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in patients with a smile Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify patient information and assist with paperwork Communicate with patients regarding appointments and insurance Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience Support the optical with dispensing
