About Us:
Plush Bespoke Beauty is a boutique luxury esthetics studio in East Hanover, NJ, offering an elevated menu of skincare and beauty services including HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, dermaplaning, and brow/lash services. We are looking for a polished, organized front desk professional to be the first face our clients see.What You'll Do:
- Greet clients and manage a warm, high-end front desk experience
- Book, confirm, and manage appointments in our scheduling system (Mangomint)
- Handle client communications via phone, text, and email
- Support retail sales and membership sign-ups
- Maintain a clean, elegant front-of-house environment
- Assist providers with day-to-day scheduling and client flow
What We're Looking For:
- Prior front desk, reception, or client services experience (spa, salon, or medical aesthetics preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- Comfortable with scheduling software and basic computer tasks
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in the beauty/wellness industry
