Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with basic office management tasks. Handle correspondence via email and phone communication with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to support administrative functions. Support clerical duties including proofreading documents, updating records in QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software, and maintaining client communication logs. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Prior experience as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist is a plus; familiarity with calendar management and bookkeeping is advantageous. Demonstrated customer service excellence with professional communication skills both in person and over the phone.
