Five Star Swim School is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! We are looking to hire a candidate that is dedicated, reliable, and has attention to detail. This is a part time position. Our front desk is a fast paced environment. Your job will be to provide excellent customer service for enrolled families and those who are interested in joining our swim school. During a normal day, you can expect to:

• greet and engage with families coming to the pool
• answer phones and emails
• schedule appointments
• check attendance and communicate with swim instructors
• check the pool levels and balance if necessary (training provided)
• organize and ensure cleanliness of the facility Prior office experience or customer service is a plus!

Must be friendly, have a focus on customer service, and have an eye for detail. Pay starts at $16.00/hr and will increase based on performance. There is opportunity to grow within the company for those who exhibit the desirable qualities of a dedicated employee. Come join our team!
