We are looking for someone who is friendly, a quick leaner, and very organized to join our organization as a full-time Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Responsible for greeting all staff, visitors, and vendors courteously Maintain and order office supplies Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, organizing, data entry, etc. Organize monthly staff birthday celebrations Able to handle correspondence via email to staff, vendors, and clients Collect, sort, open incoming mail and properly distribute it to appropriate office personnel Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Google Doc, Google Sheets, etc. Previous office administrative experience a must Quick learner Honest, trustworthy, responsible, reliable Ability to multitask and work independently Exceptionally organized Strong verbal and written communication skills Pleasant, helpful and courteous demeanor Strong team player. Willing to pitch in when needed Excellent attention to detail Understands the importance of confidentiality High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Medical, Dental, 401K and Life Insurance Paid holidays and paid time off
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm with 1-hour lunch
