Overview Medical Office Administrator Location:
Nee's Physical Therapy - Hoboken, NJ Nee's Physical Therapy is a growing, one-on-one orthopedic physical therapy practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Medical Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, values attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping daily office operations organized and running smoothly. Requirements Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required (medical office experience preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities efficiently Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus Responsibilities Greet and check in patients while providing exceptional customer service Schedule new and follow-up appointments Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally Collect copays and assist patients with required paperwork Maintain accurate electronic medical records Coordinate with physical therapists regarding schedules and daily operations Keep the front office organized and ensure a smooth patient experience Follow up with prospective patients and referral sources Assist with administrative projects and support the day-to-day operations of the clinic What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is: Detail-oriented and dependable A self-starter who takes initiative Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively Warm, professional, and committed to providing an outstanding patient experience Reliable, accountable, and a strong team player Why Join Nee's Physical Therapy?
