Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily business functions. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining organized filing systems both digitally and physically Handle clerical responsibilities such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports Support office management activities including supply inventory, filing, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Provide customer support by addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and courteous communication Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or professional setting such as dental or medical offices Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Demonstrated experience in handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service Technical proficiency in office management tools, data entry, and clerical tasks required for smooth daily operations Previous experience as a personal assistant or front desk receptionist is advantageous Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your proactive approach and friendly demeanor will make a meaningful difference every day!
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 27.0 per week Application Question(s): Must work Saturday 9-3
