About us: TouchStone Veterinary Center opened in Morganville, NJ in 2018 as a single-doctor small animal general practice, and we've been growing steadily ever since! What we're looking for: We are looking for someone dedicated to treating our clients with kindness and respect. Our front desk is an ever-busy, fast-paced world of phone calls, reviewing medications, discussing invoices, and taking payments. If you can juggle phone lines with a smile, we want to hear from you! The main responsibilities of this position include answering the phone, filing, preparing charts, checking patients in and out for appointments, and processing payments. Experience working in a veterinary setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. The schedule for this position is part-time. Mondays and Thursday are a must. Salary dependent upon experience. Initial interviews will be conducted over the phone.
