Job Description
At 4 Paws Animal Hospital we strive to treat every client and patient with the utmost care. You will be working beside the most compassionate people around. We are looking for an individual who shares the same passion for animals as we do and the drive to learn and grow in our fast-paced environment. Our staff is filled with knowledge that they can't wait to share with the new team members. We are seeking a Part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team Friday-Sunday and help keep the positive outcomes and support for our veterinarians.
Essential Skills:
- Courteous, inviting customer service
- Handling of scheduling appointments / surgical procedures
- Checking in patient
- Processing payments / handling credit cards, cash, and checks etc.
- Documenting patient history
- Ability to educate owners for at home care
- Ability to answer phone and guide clients
- Proper filing of patient charts
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment
