About the role Greenleaf Pet Resort is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. In this role, you will join a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional care and outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with pet parents, caretaking staff, grooming, and management to ensure every guest has a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, multitasking, and working in a pet-friendly environment. Responsibilities Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, schedule reservations, and book appointments. Check guests in and out while ensuring all required information is accurate. Enter and maintain client profiles, vaccination records, and reservation details. Process payments and other monetary transactions accurately. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding reservations, services, and pet care. Provide facility tours and educate clients about available services, amenities, and events. Recommend services that best meet each client's needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area. Support daily operations by assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth front desk workflow. Follow company policies and procedures while helping maintain a safe environment for pets, clients, and staff. Qualifications The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a pet-focused environment. They thrive in a fast-paced workplace, communicate effectively, and enjoy interacting with both people and dogs.
