Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Spanish speaking is preferred. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management. Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling appointments. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as required. Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and preparing reports. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a receptionist or administrative role. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse clients. Strong customer service orientation with exceptional phone etiquette. Experience in dental or medical reception is advantageous but not required. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Typing proficiency and attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
