Job Description

Overview The Bunny Hive is looking for a warm, organized, and reliable Front Desk Associate to be the first friendly face families see when they walk through our doors. This role is a great fit for a person who loves connecting with families, enjoys staying organized, and wants hands-on experience in a fun, fast-paced small business. You'll manage our front desk and class schedule, handle day-to-day business communications, and support our teachers in getting the studio ready and reset for class. Responsibilities Welcome families warmly at the front desk and create a friendly first impression of The Bunny Hive Manage the class schedule, including bookings, updates, and day-of adjustments Handle business communications across email, phone, and social media messages in a professional, on-brand tone Assist teachers in preparing the studio and materials before each class Disinfect and reset the studio after each class to keep the space clean and ready for the next group Support general studio operations and pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly Requirements Warm, friendly personality with strong communication skills Comfortable managing a schedule and juggling multiple tasks at once Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable communicating professionally over email, phone, and social media A team player who enjoys collaborating and pitching in wherever needed Passion for creating a warm, welcoming experience for families
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
