The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast
- paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly
- Provide accurate information to inquiries about the company
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain a tidy and presentable atmosphere
- Manage the full membership lifecycle, including new sign-ups, renewals, and terminations
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate member records and lead follow-up using Mindbody CRM
- Design and distribute promotional flyers, pricing sheets, and marketing materials using Canva
- Support corporate partnership and community outreach initiatives
- Coordinate class schedules, trainer availability, and studio calendar logistics
- Handle member concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Train and onboard new front desk staff as needed
- Support multiple operational areas simultaneously, including front desk, marketing, and member services
- Maintain cleanliness of the studio, bathrooms, and workout equipment throughout shifts
- Monitor and order studio supplies, including cleaning supplies, printer ink, and beverage inventory
- Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, staff, and leadership in a fast-paced team environment Experience
- Prior experience in a fitness studio or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computer literacy and the ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and support skills
- Administrative experience is beneficial
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Mindbody) is a plus
- Graphic design or social media content experience is a plus
