3 months, with potential for extension or conversion
Max Pay Rate:
$18/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM local time

One 30-minute video interview About the Role We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to support a financial services office in Santa Fe. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and professional experience while providing day-to-day administrative support. What You'll Do Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage front desk and visitor sign-in procedures Collect documents from clients and ensure they are routed appropriately Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and assist with calendar requests Maintain a clean and organized reception area Perform basic administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of receptionist, front desk, administrative, or related experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and welcoming demeanor Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work with confidential information responsibly Reliable, punctual, and dependable Preferred Experience Financial services or banking environment Professional office/front desk experience Customer service experience Experience with appointment scheduling, mail handling, filing, or document preparation #INDWEST
