Job Description

Overview We are seeking a professional Front Desk/Optical Tech to serve as one of the welcoming faces of our office. In this vital role, you will be a first point of contact for patients and team members, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help maintain a smooth-running front office environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise while contributing to a vibrant workplace atmosphere. This position will also cross-train for other duties to serve as a reliable back up for others in the company. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly, ensuring clear communication channels Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading Assist with office clerical tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping Support administrative functions like copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining office supplies to ensure operational efficiency Skills Proven experience in office or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt to various software applications quickly Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are desirable to serve diverse client needs and enhance communication but not required Exceptional phone communication skills with a professional demeanor and adherence to phone etiquette Experience with front desk operations in medical settings is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities simultaneously Join us as a Front Desk Associate where your proactive attitude and attention to detail will make a meaningful impact. Pay:
