Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energy and professionalism will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting daily operations with efficiency and enthusiasm. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls accurately using excellent phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination with precision using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry tasks, maintain filing systems, and update spreadsheets to support administrative processes Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with attention to detail Support office management activities such as supply inventory, document proofreading, and record keeping Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to ensure accurate financial records Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software like Google Workspace Excellent computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and technical proficiency with office equipment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication and team collaboration Strong customer service skills coupled with professional phone communication and phone etiquette Join us to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
