Office Associate SYNERGY HomeCare - 3.6 Reno, NV Job Details Part-time 9 hours ago Qualifications Employee relationship building Video conferences (communication methods) Full Job Description The Office Associate reports directly to the Owner and is responsible for coordinating office tasks and activities of the SYNERGY HomeCare business. This position includes maintaining positive relationships with caregivers, clients, and office team members. This position entails establishing a positive initial contact for intake and is responsible for making callers feel welcome and assisting with any questions or needs they may have. The Office Associate will be responsible for helping as needed in areas of office organization, recruiting, interviewing, intake, scheduling, and cleanliness of the office. Must be able to work until 7:30p and one day per weekend.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of scheduling and on-call procedures (preferred) Customer service skills and phone answering experience Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Zoom) Knowledge of scheduling software (AxisCare or similar preferred) Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing (preferred) Well-honed time management skills Caregiving experience (preferred) Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates a multi-line phone system to receive and direct incoming calls. Obtains caller's name and purpose of call Directs caller (if triage is established), records name, time of call, and nature of call in online software May answer basic questions for caregiver applicants or prospective new clients May participate in the on-call rotation, answering after-hours calls Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate individual Updating files and maintaining records of certifications as needed Assists with any filing duties and a variety of other clerical duties as necessary Types of email correspondence, reports, and other documents as necessary Recruiting and interviewing via Zoom, In-Person, or over the phone Weekly reporting of accountabilities This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
