Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of emergency response procedures (ER) is a plus We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
